The passports will be pushed from the sheep. They're so busy celebrating, the "wait how will I know who has or hasn't been an experimental lab rat?". When or if that thought comes to them, they be begging for the passport. This overnight reversal of masks, has to have an ulterior motive. Don't lose sight of the evil DS.
