If they wanted to slow population growth how about we start by getting rid of the Cardi B's and any other type of Devil behavior that they indoctrinate our kids with pushing them towards sexual behaviors. Also not proven yet but very good chance that Big Mike Obama's school lunches were filled with gene modifiers look at how girls now have big hips and fat asses like the 4/5 black women that are obese.
