They tried to play it off like I was hurting my other employees by leaving them short handed. "I'm not, Costco is. You guys decided to be literal Nazi's and I am not participating."

This is supposed to be a free capitalist society. If he doesn’t want to work under those conditions, he’s free not to.

And they’re free to hire workers that are willing to work like that.
