The bill does not include an exception for rape or incest besides in cases where the woman’s life is endangered.

This is the way.

Rape or incest = it's not the little child's fault that its father committed a crime. Murdering the child is not justice for the father's crimes.

Mother's life is endangered = self-defense is a human right. Sorry little child, you attached to my fallopian tube, and that will 100% kill me. I have the right to defend myself against dying. Until we can transplant you to my uterus safely, aborting you is the only way that I will survive.
