I work with adults who have special needs, and many of them have been vaxxed. It's an active environment and impossible to not have physical contact in some form or the other (hugs, handshakes, etc). I was curious what other methods some of y'all have been using to detox your body after exposure. I take a shower immediately after working, and make sure to regularly take zinc, vitamin C + D, magnesium, and vitamin B complex. I'd love to hear of any other tips and tricks you all have learned about protecting the body from vaccine shedding.

The multi-vitamin + mineral supplements are the best course of action for daily use (serum levels of D3 is the most important).
Taking Zinc alone does not have much effect - it is a positive ion that cannot normally get inside your cells. A zinc ionophore such as Quercetin, HCQ, or Ivermectin is what allows the Zinc to be effective.
However, you only want to use the Zinc ionophores IF you are feeling symptoms, and then usually for a 5 day protocol. Zinc interferes with the normal functioning of your cells, which is not something you want to do every day (that is only useful when your cells are replicating viruses, in order to reduce the viral load).
As for the spike protein, Ivermectin can be used as a prophylaxis as well as a treatment. It has been shown to be effective against the spike protein on the virus, so it works even if there is no virus present.
