"Awww man, my Vax Pass card got stolen from me in downtown Portland after I got mugged by some dudes with red and black flags, wearing black masks. Know-um sayin'?" Couldn't even call the cops cuz the phone line was shut off cuz they couldn't afford to pay the phone bill. Do I need an I.D. to get a new card, or can I just do like I do when I go vote?"
