Imo answer to first question is: A, C, G and likely GHB. As to cover up: A, B, C, F, Dallas Police, Dallas Sheriff Office and big time MSM (ABC CBS NBC print media, ie Clay Shaw trial). Plus bribed fake experts like Vince Bugliosi keep lies going 58 years later. JFK and the Unspeakable by James Douglass is excellent book from all aspects of the case.
