Hasn't it though? I think a law was passed in Commifornia where an adult will not be criminalized or sent to jail for having sex with anyone up to 10 years younger than them. Meaning, a 21 year old can have sex with an 11 year old and it's "legal," or an 18 year old with an 8 year old. Pedophilia has been legalized in some capacity there, and it's going to spread.
