Why? Because the scamdemic fear campaign was SUCCESSFUL. People are now too afraid to take off their masks, even when they’re “allowed”.
It reminds me of the story of the baby elephants who are trained by being tied down to a small rope... when they grow up, they’re too dejected to try to free themselves.
