As an IT person, I still don't understand just how the WEF globalists could carry out a cyber attack that could effectively shut down the internet. They'd at least have to take out all of the root level DNS servers. There seems to be way too many routing infrastructure. I did ask this question about a month ago and someone pointed out an exploitable vulnerability at the data-link layer of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model. The only way I could see any sort of attack at this layer is the poisoning of data frames that pass from router to router. However, since DARPA created the internet and designed it for redundancy, I am not sure how they can do this a part from setting of a nuke at high altitude to trigger an EMP. Unless they co-opt multiple hacker groups to consistently launch cyberattacks. I just hope the patriotic factions of our military can stop this.

Bluffing? They have been putting so much investing in this, they are pairing up having meetings and conversations about this. I don't think they would spend so much time and efforts between such big players with such high up diplomats just for fun. They have arranged all the tech specialist and big money to make this happen. You have to always watch how much time/effort and conditioning to the masses with the pretext it could happen. This is like FISA having televised and secret meetings with billions of dollars to make sure we have the most secure elections ever.
