I made comment about the following a few times in the past on other posts. There is alot more to all this. Look up Dr. Charles Lieber (Harvard Professor/Chair). Leiber and two Chinese nationals were arrested in 2019. Lieber has ties to WUT and NIH. I'm sure additional ties can be made from WUT to WIV and NIH.
