So I am highly allergic to polyethylene glycol and polysorbate, components of the COVID gene therapy. I was around someone yesterday who recently had the covid gene therapy (they did not tell me they had it, I found out after I was hospitalized). I ended up in the ER with a severe allergic reaction. This is now the second time this has happened to me. This gene therapy is extremely dangerous. The ER physician that he has seen this multiple times after someone was around a person who got the gene therapy. I seriously hope I can still have kids after being shedded on .

You might look into cultured foods as well. The amount and variety of organisms in these foods is off the charts....real food, pro/prebiotics; stellar stuff. I'd suggest this website for some really great information: https://www.culturedfoodlife.com/ I have no affiliation with this site but I've followed it for a couple of years. I make my own sourdough bread, kefir, kombucha. The cultured vegetables I buy because I don't eat enough of them. When we eat this stuff in foods, it sets up housing in the gut whereas the encapsulated strains tend to leave until the next one comes (as I understand it).
