Verizon, Google, Comcast, Reddit, Spectrum, Twitter, TMobile, Netflix, etc... all having the same outage spike at the same time?

What are the odds that multiple ISPs would have outages at the same time?

Especially such big names in the the tech. My guess is it's a test run for the blackout. It makes you wonder where the internet kill switch is and who has control of it.
