Pelosi really is quite smart (I hate to say it!) and she hasn't been in politics for as long as she has without knowing when its time to pivot. By any standard this is a huge pivot. Is she distancing herself from Biden's pro China narrative so she can point to this as an example that she isn't a traitorous, seditious POS? Too little, too late. The woke will buy it, though.
