Were we complacent to trust those that we elected to actually represent us? It became all too apparent in 2010 that they all talked a good game but didn't do anything to protect America. The hardest thing to ascertain is the truthfulness of somebody who is running for any position. The two-party machine is a very greasy and dirty system.
