Consider an entire world in which the population is forcibly injected, under the ruse of preventing a deadly disease, with a genetically-active mRNA vaccine causing “conditional, normally ON” sterility in all human females. In the post-vax world, to become pregnant, a woman requires a “pregnancy booster” shot, or she cannot bear children. Perfect control of reproduction in that only the CHOSEN can reproduce. As a genetic alteration, this would be an induced mutation that became permanent. In such a world, it wouldn’t even be necessary to force a civil-war to wipe out the undesired…just let them die of old age. The longer the perpetrators could stave off commencement of hostilities, the stronger would be their controlling position to “win” any civil war, due to normal geriatric attrition in the dissident ranks of the affected.

Consider further the possibility that the mRNA vaccine’s vector is communicable through aerosolized transmission…by sneezing. The vax is self-propagating. “Masking” after vax would be something that also made sense.
