Why does your employer get to force you to reveal your vaccination status to others at your workplace? Sounds like a pretty clear violation of HIPPA, as well as workplace discrimination/harassment laws. No way in hell I would do that, and I would have obtained a lawyer the moment my job indicated that they were targeting me.
It may be an ADA violation as opposed to a HIPPA violation. HIPPA deals with what entities are allowed to do with medical information in their possession.
