From 0:46 in the video it says he had to lay on his stomach for 12 hours a day to help his lungs.

"Doctors say being in the prone position, laying on his stomach, helped his lungs but caused massive swelling in his tongue."

The swelling was from the treatment NOT from covid. (Because covid doesn't exist).
