I am worried about this where I live. TN and NC have hinted that there could be implicit consent for pediatricians to vaccinate without a parent actually being present or without formal authorization. Someone on my parent group shared that the WHO also published info that kids can be vaccinated without parent consent as well as some federal laws that could be read that way. Like if the school is offering vaccines and you send your kids, you are giving consent even if you did not sign anything giving that consent. I am homeschooling next year and my sister is keeping an eye out for any kind of notice and will keep her kids home.
