I think I remember this being debunked in terms of it being HB’s voice. I believe it was determined h to be the voice of the AG in CA. I could be wrong...

As far as I know it was explained as a technical glitch by someone who chimed in with production experience. He said it was likely the voice was getting microphoned bc he was due to speak next and it went live for a sec. since it is supposed that it was the AG from CA he was perhaps talking about one of his cases. Idk just reporting what I remember. Either way, it’s weird.
