The Clinton campaign sent out survey after survey asking "what do you want us to fight for" and provide a list of all the possible "oppressed" factions to get sheep to identify their personal desires. Then they would form local groups of these wanna-be tyrants and promote them into leadership roles to organize more sheep. Dems recognized this human need and used it for their own evil, selfish gains.
