The Generals and ops are conducting The Plan, which we aren't going to see and maybe never will until the future and it is all accomplished. We are the foot soldiers. The General is sending us to take some hills. Hilltop Local Schools. Hilltop Local Office, etc. That is our concern, not necessarily how it fits in with the overall battle plan, which is currently being fought.
