They're circumventing the Foreign Sovereign Immunity act by going after the CCP party instead of the Chinese gov't. You can't sue a foreign gov't but they're going for the CCP as it rules the gov't by force. Apparently they can serve via email... To get to the Missouri news skip to, wait for it...4:20?! Can't help myself!
