I take it daily, got Covid before anyone knew it was Covid and then developed an autoimmune disorder straight after. I have this drink daily, sometimes up to 3 times, I 100% believe it saved me. Mug of boiled hot water, juice from half a lemon, half a teaspoon of baking soda., drink it hot.
