Who is this new group of people not wearing masks?

There is a noticeable amount of people bare faced now.
Who are they?

vaccinated
unvaxxed suddenly brave

What do you think? I haven't been around people that talk about it so I'd like to hear.

Ohio has been mask everywhere. Local grocery store today I was 1 of 2 people without a mask, out of about a hundred. The local Walmart was half with mask, half without.
