Someone here posted a really good description of the personality type of anons here. I think it was an intuitive empath personality. Wanted to expand on that a little and ask people if they have traditionally been anti-lemming. For example, if everyone is wearing North Face or buying Hondas, I will refuse to wear or buy just because I have an aversion to group think and related behavior. I do this even sometimes if I think whatever the thing is, is a superior product. OTOH, if I see someone wearing a 2,000 Goose jacket or whatever that thing is, I feel like I already know that person and their politics. Does anyone else do this?

I get in trouble all the time by asking questions and going against the narrative!! Back in the day, when I was waitressing - the upper management would come in for dinner to check out how things were going. Everyone else would run and tell the kitchen immediately to make sure THEIR meal was PERFECT - well, not me. I reserved that for my PAYING customers - the ones actually PAYING my paycheck, or leaving my tip! So, I got into trouble when I did that! But I never wavered - so, they never sat the upper management in my section again! :)
