I don't think there would be another election - I think both Trump and Jorgensen and (maybe Bernie, doubt it though) would file suits to be named the rightful president and the SC (Ugh!) would make a decision when Constitution is silent. (In absence of the Legislative Branch coming up with something in the meantime to mitigate their (Dem) pain when this is all unraveled.) Just a big fat guess.
