It's a placeholder account set up by gab to archive his tweets and now they've been posting the statements he releases that we tend to read on here via screen shots. Not officially in his hands but they've been good about keeping 'his' posts things he's put his name on publicly. Think they said he could take over full control of it by request but most likely never happened because he's got his own platform in the works and recently explained his motivation for being so quiet post steal. If any of that is wrong be sure to correct me below.
