Well, Netflix does not actually mention the mayor by name or mention the relationship to the current Speaker -- 'cause it IS Netflix -- but you can know that as you watch it. The documentary does go into detail about how church and city officials liked to "drop in on" the girls in the Catholic girls school and then let the girls know that they were doing God's work and would go to hell if they mentioned what was going on to anyone.
