Well, there does seem to be something special about the nose and Covid. Loss of sense of smell is one of the hallmark symptoms. Yet I haven't seen any research on this. And from a marketing/patient care standpoint, nasal sprays are a lot easier than shots or pills.
In my experience with colds, flu, allergies, sinus infections, yes but due to drainage, swelling, rotten pus.This covid loss goes on and on for months with or without drainage.

Their are some decent protolcos for reversing it
