Step daughter is saying unless she has proof of vaccination she will have to wear a mask all-day at school next school year. We live in Ohio. We are adamantly against vaccinations. Is this even legal, it is wrong and evil yes, but what legal standing and recourse does one have to fight this?

In some states (I think Ohio may be one, but I'm not sure) masks are considered medical equipment that is prescribed by doctors. Therefore, nobody else should be 'prescribing' them. Also, even if a doctor does prescribe, you don't have to follow their advice. Check that out.
Short of that, get your own doctor to write a letter exempting her from wearing a mask. Takes very little time for them to put it on their practices letter head and it can be very vague, such as .. "Jane Does had a medical condition that precludes her wearing a mask. She is exempt from wearing a mask." They can't ask why because that's protected healthcare information. Also, check out America's Frontline Doctors website. They are supposed to have lots of legal resources for your rights. Good luck!
Thanks!!
