The reporter in the video does say "election fraud," but I cannot see how any of the charges against him would directly count as election fraud. There appears to be some ambiguous reporting going on here.

This was for wire fraud and lying, nothing to do with ballots.
In other words, the type of lower level fraud both sides indulge in.
