I sincerely believe they cant just do stuff like that anymore... They can start civil wars where we fight each other and stuff like that but I think there is rules to this reality and as evil as they re they cant just nuke a city. I could be wrong but if they could do stuff like that why haven't they yet?

Thats why I mentioned "in the circumstance". In the presumption, that cabal is in control, then they seemingly have no reason to cause catastrophes, unless theyre in the mood for a war or something.
