The first person to get it has just died. He received it December 8, 2020.

I mean he was 81 so not sure if he is a good yardstick yet.

But since they gave to old people first it may be stealth for a little bit before the normies start to realize that something is up when the 50-70 year olds start to drop off at a noticeable frequency and then the youngest as well.
