If he is 'covering for BJ' (which I don't necessarily agree with) that would explain why some feel he is also a WH in place to deliver The Plan.

Time will tell but it definitely feels like there is a further shift in the narrative now.

BBC all over this on 1oclock news. So, it's all being forced into the light.
