Stores simply do Not have the manpower to question every customer who walks in maskless if they have been jabbed. As of now Only Oregon has vaxx passports legislation in place, most do not nor are they planning on doing so. The Kroger store have a sign on the door saying only fully vaxxed people can shop maskless and it's Ignored and unenforced.
