1st. Abolish the Fed Department of Education and all requirements of any form of government school. States may still have school systems, but, may not force you to use them.
2nd. Change the way votes are counted as follows:
(TLDR: few people actually vote, but, EVERYONE is counted, including children)
Return to Constitutional voting where land ownership is required. Only males who own at least 1/4 acre of land may vote.
When that Male votes, they count each and every person (man, woman, children, adults) that they are responsible for. (e.g. taxable dependents).
If you are NOT a land owner that is qualified to vote, then you may assign your vote to a land-owner that IS qualified.
Caveat: land ownership - for voting purposes - may ONLY be owned by 2nd gen US citizens. No current gen immigrants, or foreigners.
3rd. Expand the US House of Reps to return to the near original ratio of approx 30,000 citizens per rep. The US house of Reps will now work completely REMOTELY. They will live and have an office in their district, and, will NEVER convene all together in DC. Any Citizens of the US may tune-in to their remote work online channel to watch the voting and debate process.
4th. US Senate will be expanded by 1 senator from each state, appointed by the governor. The three senators from each state will rotate every 4 months among the following office locations for doing their business: 1) Home office from the HOUSE district they live in, 2) the state capitol, 3 WashDC. All work will be done online and can be tuned-in to be watched by US citizens.
5th. Eliminate the Legal Fiction of Corporate Personhood. Corporations may exists but do NOT behave as "persons". They have no right to free speech, for example.
I could go on...
