He stopped letting a lot of people live in the shadows. He appointed them and propped them up to force them out into the public consciousness.

"Faceless bureaucrat did evil thing" would have been the easily ignorable headline, but Trump forced him out so the sheep could worship him. Now when its revealed what he has done to people for decades... Lets just say a lot of people are going to feel very stupid.
