Need help with something. So my wife’s boss is indirectly implying that “she needs to get the [covid-19] vaccine” tensions seem to be getting pretty high with her liberal authoritarian boss. Can she legally require my wife to take this experiment drug?? I mean, if she gets fired, is there legal action we can take? My wife has heart issues and is refusing to get this “vax” or any other vax for that matter because of her condition. Is there any exception she can get from a doctor which would protect her from this tyranny??

No, choosing not to take a medication absolutely can not be used as legitimate cause for termination. That said unless she has union protection it is exceedingly easy for an employer to let an employee go without cause.
