Shot in the dark here because I won't watch YouTube or read cnn...the parents are liberals and live in a blue state? The parents will be sad if the kid dies before 25 and they can no longer get the tax credit.

This is in Ohio. DeSwine ran a lottery for adults to win $1 million and for kids to win a full scholarship to, I believe, any college of their choice. Full boarding, food, tuition and all. That 14 yr old kid won and they live close to Cincy I believe.

We'll see in 2 years or so from now, if he will be able to go to college 2 years later or not... Sad to say.
