I spent 41 years in the classroom. The biggest problem with the schools was negligent parents, especially those on multi-generational welfare. Yet, we got the blame.
Those same useless parents run your union.
No they don’t, because there are teachers some parents want fired and the union will protect them no matter what.
If the school wanted them gone they would be gone.
True, but you would be surprised by what kids get kicked out for while others display poor behavior with impunity.
