I agree. I’ve had some respiratory funk for the past few days. I passed the pharmacy to go buy Mullein leaf. Could have probably found it wild but I felt like crap so I picked up dried leaf and a tincture. I grew up Appalachian so I learn a lot of the traditional ways
The best way is to find an old mountain woman and ask her for knowledge, but I browse bookstores and look for books on herbalism. I like to have the physical copy for my bookshelf. I also compile handwritten notebooks of what I’ve found particularly useful. You’d be surprised at how many common plants grow around your property that can heal different ailments.
One resource you can check is American Herbalist Guild
Is there anywhere or any good books you guys know of with the natural remedies so I can research? Even a reputable website that has the knowledge and info?

Nature doesn’t care if you’re a return customer, so it doesn’t mind curing you
Thanks, thats a good one
Wildcrafting is good.
And more beneficial than most of the crap Pharma produces
Any online or offline resources? A lot of people want to learn the traditional ways. Thanks!

Also interested. Thanks!
I’ve seen a few good ones on Amazon if you don’t mind giving Bezos money. I’ll look at my Kindle and see if I have any good ones saved
