Just spoke to the conservative manager at a dollar store who has been miserable in her mask this whole time. Today, she was finally free of it. She said the company told employees they were strongly encouraged to continue to wear one if they didn't get the shot, but they know they aren't allowed to ask who has and who hasn't, so she doesn't have to worry about doing either.
So those of you being bullied by employers need to contact an attorney, because all these companies know damn well what they're doing.
I run a store with a bunch of workers and told them they only have to wear a mask if they want to. I already allowed customers to shop without one and was giving a letter by the health department which they gave to my corporate office in hopes of getting me in trouble. My supervisor actually laughed and I got a max raise a few weeks later lmao ?
