Time to hire non union teachers. Fire them all and rehire those who will support the vision of education. Otherwise dismantle it all. True teachers will find all the work they need. They could make a great living. I recognize that not all union people actually want to be in a union. And not all teachers bad. The good ones will rise to the top I know some.
