This can't be true. It would be serve no useful purpose to threaten the lives of Americans who obviously had nothing to do with either the virus, nor the proposed investigation. China is before the World right now.

The USA has 14 nuclear submarines with nuclear ICBMs in service. Attacking the USA with a Nuke is suicide.
