Edited As far as I can tell, todays post signed "B" was from the board owner but who can tell for sure.
Since ProjectDComms is Q's private board, although they used Trip Codes in the past, trips were not required by our Sqraper... therefore, the post was picked up.
Trying to post on ProjectDComms was rejected in my test with a statement "Only board owner and volunteers may make threads on this board. "CAPS ONLY". Therefore, SOMEONE with legit access seems to have made the post. For now, until it can be investigated further by the community (or Q posts with a trip code confirming it), the post was removed.
No outside comms. There is only Q. (And Q+) ??

I agree that the post was fake, unless proven otherwise in the future.
But it does raise one question for me: What reason might Q have for wanting someone to make a "fake" post, if any? In other words, might there be a reason for Q to instruct another entity ("B") to post an obviously fake Q post?
I cannot think of any good reason for Q doing that. But it's bugging me that I cannot rule it out either. :/
