It really looks like Maricopa is going to open a dam, but what does this mean? Is there any legal precedent?
Let's leave aside the presidential race. I don't think there is any legal precedent there for a stolen election, or, if there is, it certainly goes back a ways. What about the congressional elections and other elections? Would this mean special elections, or just swapping the people out, or what? Any lawfags out there with sauce?
According to several court cases, including the SCOTUS case United States v. Throckmorton the ruling is that fraud vitiates everything.
What does this mean?
So while the relief is not known (by me), the employment contract signed by Joseph R. Biden becomes invalidated if it is shown that it was entered into using fraud.
This could mean it would default to the person with the second most votes. It could mean there would have to be a new election. I don't know. What it does mean is that Biden would lose his job. He would be subject to potential criminal prosecution. All of the policies he put in place, and all of his appointments would be null and void.
Everything he did while under the fraudulent contract would be reversed.
Fraud vitiates EVERYTHING.
DoD Law of War manual is the key to understanding what happens next. The military will take over at some point temporarily. We won't just go straight from Biden back to Trump. "Military is the only way". Myanmar was a sneak preview for the rest of the World.
