It really looks like Maricopa is going to open a dam, but what does this mean? Is there any legal precedent?
Let's leave aside the presidential race. I don't think there is any legal precedent there for a stolen election, or, if there is, it certainly goes back a ways. What about the congressional elections and other elections? Would this mean special elections, or just swapping the people out, or what? Any lawfags out there with sauce?
As I understand it, per a Supreme Court ruling (Throckmorton v ?)?, proven fraud in an election vitiates the entire event. There is no recourse to appeal and the defrauded is declared the winner. End of.
