What are you talking about? A Special Counsel like Mueller? Biden controls the DOJ.

Are you talking about a congressional investigation? Because the Dems control both chambers of Congress.

I guess they could hire private investigators, if that's what you mean.

They could also refer matters to the FBI...we'll see how far that gets them.
