I can't agree with her. While her point is based on Constitutional law, just letting it be when fraud is proven cannot be allowed. That is basically saying if you can get enough people to commit the fraud with you, you win. Sets a bad precedent.
Fraud vitiates everything.
Came here to say this. None of what she said matters, everything was fraudulent
This doesn't mean anything.
I have to remind everyone - even if massive cheating is proven beyond a reasonable doubt, it does not affect Biden's status as President. The Electoral College did not cast fraudulent votes. You can claim that the electors were chosen incorrectly or illegally, but that's not for you to say, and it's not for a judge to say. The several States' legislatures have plenary powers in this matter. They could have flipped a coin to choose Biden electors if they wanted.
Ellis is right. But nobody should be frustrated by this just because your fantasy scenario doesn't manifest.
Let Biden/Harris be removed the right way. Resign in disgrace or be impeached. Let Trump return to office in a way that grants him the maximum length of his term.
"Be impeached"? Are you kidding? They couldn't impeach (remove) Trump whom they hated with the fibers of their demon souks.....they would NEVER impeach one of their own....
But you are saying "they" as in Congress as it exists now. I am speaking of a new congress where those that were elected fraudulently are removed from the body - a much smaller Congress and a Senate with 20 or so- fresh Senator's appointed by their state's governors.
